AFFIDAVIT OF SUitVIVORSHIP

Comes now MARGARET A. ELLIOTT, being duly sworn upon her oath
and states as follows:
That MARGARET A. ELLIOTT, is the owner in fee simple of the
following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana,
more particularly described as follows:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twelve (12),
Township Two (2) South, Range Eleven (11) West, bounded
as follows: Begin in the North line of said quarter
section a point eight (8) rods East of the northwest
corner of the East half of said quarter section and run
thence South two hundred sixty-six (266) feet; thence
West forty-five (45) feet; thence North two hundred sixty
-six (266) feet to the North line of said quarter
section; thence East along the North line of said quarter
section forty-five (45) feet to the place of beginning;
EXCEPT the coal underlying the.same.
And that MARGARET A. ELLIOTT and GORDON C. ELLIOTT, now deceased,
were husband and wife at the time they acquired title, as tenants
by the entireties, to said real estate, by deed of conveyance dated
the 22ND day of JULY , 19 81 , and recorded in Deed
Drawer 4, Card 9062 in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County.
That MARGARET A. ELLIOTT, is the owner in fee simple of the
following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana,
more particularly described as follows:
A part of Militia Donation Number Eighty-Three in
Township One (1) North and One (1) South, Range Ten (10)
West and bounded, as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the
northeast corner of said Militia Donation and running
thence south six degrees west seventeen and one-half
(17-1/2) chains more or less to the center of the public
highway as now located; thence north fifty-nine (59)
degrees west along the center of said highway nine chains
and seventy-five hundredths (9.75); thence north six
degrees east to the north line of said Donation; thence
south eighty-four (84) degrees east to the place of
beginning, containing fourteen acres, more or less.
And that MARGARET A. ELLIOTT and GORDON C. ELLIOTT, now deceased,
were husband and wife at the time they acquired title, as tenants
by the entireties, to said real estate, by deed of conveyance dated

day of MAY , 19 48 , and recorded in Deed Brnerer

That the marital relationship which existed between this
affiant and GORDON C. ELLIOTT, her husband, continued unbroken from
the time they so acquired title to said real estate until the death
of GORDON C. ELLIOTT, her husband on the 17th day of September,
1992, at which time this affiant acquired title to the real estate
as surviving tenant by the entireties.
That the gross value of the estate of the decedent, GORDON C.
ELLIOTT, as determined for the purpose of Federal Estate Taxes, was
less than the value required for the filing the decedent's estate
as not subject to Federal Estate Tax.
