ELLIOTT, is the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twelve (12), Township Two (2) South, Range Eleven (11) West, bounded as follows: Begin in the North line of said quarter section a point eight (8) rods East of the northwest corner of the East half of said quarter section and run thence South two hundred sixty-six (266) feet; thence West forty-five (45) feet; thence North two hundred sixty -six (266) feet to the North line of said quarter section; thence East along the North line of said quarter section forty-five (45) feet to the place of beginning; EXCEPT the coal underlying the.same. And that MARGARET A. ELLIOTT and GORDON C. That the gross value of the estate of the decedent, GORDON C.
