. INEZ EATON, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and
'_�says,that she is the surviving widow of EDWARD W. EATON, deceased,� who
died 22 � , and that by virtue of said survivorship, she
. is•now:the,sole owner of the following.described real estate situate in Gibson
County, �State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of Lot No. 120 in the Original Plat of the Town, now
' City, of Princeton, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the west
line of said lot at a point 6. 5 feet south of the northwest corner thereof
and running thence south 40-1/2 feet; thence east to a point 44 feet west
of the east line of said lot; thence north 40-1/2 feet; thence west to the
place of beginning.
Also, a part of Lot No. 120 bounded as follows, to-wit:
Beginning on the east sicle of said lot at a point'6. 5 feet south. of the
northeast corner thereof and run thence south to a point 134 feet and
9 inches north of the southeast corner of said lot; thence west 44 feet;
thence north to a point directly west of the poirit of beginning; thence east
to the point of beginning. •
� Also, a part of Lot No. 120 bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning
, :on the west line of said lot at a point 47 feet south of the northwest corner
� thereof and running thence east to a point 44 feet west of the east line of

of EDWARD W. EATON and INEZ EATON, husband and wife.
This affiant makes this affidavit for the purpose of causing said - -
