and wife on November 16, 1938, the date of the deed in Deed Record

109, page 275 in the Recorder�s Office of Gibson County,'Indiana,
and that they remained husband and wife continuously until the death
of the said Bertha Hsas on May 18, 1947•
Affiant further deposes and says that he knows of his own personal
knowledge that the said Charles ri. Haas, departed this life, intestate,
on December 29, 1962 leaving surviving him as his heir and only heir
at law his daughter., Eloise Eaton.
And further affiant sayeth not.
