AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Ula S. Eckensberger, surviving widow of Edgar J.
Eckensberger, deceased, a resident of Princeton, Gibson County,
Indiana, being first duly sworn upon her oath deposes and says;
that she is more than thirty�,(30)�years of age and that her occu-
pation is that of a housewife and�lan3lord. ..
That she is acquainted with the following separate
parcels of real e'state located„in Gibson.County, State of Indiana,

A part of the west half of Lot number 23 in the original plat
of the town (now city) of Princeton, bounded as follows:
Begin on the east line of Prince Street at a point 98.5 feet
south of the northwest corner of said lot 23 and from said point
run south on said line of Prince Street 50 feet to the south-
west corner of said lot; thence east 74 feet 3 inches; thence
north 50 feet; thence west 74 feet 3 inches to the place of
beginning; a/k/a 114 S. Prince Street,'Princeton, Indiana,
Being a part of the real estate described in Deed Drawer #1, Card
#753, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. _
Also, a part of Lot number 10 in the original plan of the town
(now city) of Princeton described as follows, to-wit: Begin at
the northwest corner of said lot and run thence south 46 feet
and 6 inches; thence east 68 feet; thence north S feet; thence
east 80 feet 6 inches; thence north 38 feet 6 inches to the north
line of said lot; thence west 148 feet 6 inches to the place of
beginning. -
Also, an easement to use a strip of ground as a driyeway, said
strip being described as follows: a part of Lot No. 10 in the
original plan of the town (now city) of Princeton, Indiana,
bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 46 feet 6
inches south of the northwest corner of said lot and running thence
south 5 feet 6 inches; thence east 68 feet; thence north 5 feet 6
inches; thence west 68 feet to the place of beginning.
Subject to an easement in the Sellers or their assigns to use a
strip of ground along a part of the south side of said real estate
as a driveway, said strip of ground being described as follows:
Begin at a point 42 feet 6 inches south of the northwest corner
of said lot and run thence south 4�feet; thence east 68 feet;
thence north 4 feet; thence west 68 feet to the place.of beginning;,
a/7c/a 118 S. Prince Street, Princeton, Indiana.
A part of Lot Number Ten (10) in the original Plan of the City
of Princeton, Indiana, as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point
48 feet North of the Southwest corner of said lot and run thence

3 inches; thence North 38 feet; thence West 62 feet 6 inches;
thence South 8 feet; thence West 68 feet to tlie West line of said

Being the same real estate described in Deed Drawer #2, Card #8507,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,..Indiana; _
and that she knows of her own knowledge that the above described
(deceased)
property was formerly owned by Edgar J. Eckensberger/and Ula S.
Eckensberger (this affiant) as husband and wife and as tenants by
the entirety.
That the said Edgar .7. Eckensberger died testate on or
about January 3, 1978 and that the said Edgar J. Eckensberger and
Ula S. Eckensbercjer (this affiant) were husband and wife at the
date of the death of the said Edgar J. Eckensberger, deceased.
This affiant fur.ther_states that.since_the death.of.said _
decedent she has had real estate owned as tenancy by the entirety
appraised by Robert P. Wright, of Princeton, Indiana and that the
appraised value of the jointly owned real estate (between husband
and wife) is set in the aggregate of Ninety-four Thousand Dollars
($94,000.00); that an estimated value of jointly owned personal
property made up of two (2) motor vehicles at an estimated value
of Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200.00); a joint checking
account in the sum of Eight Hundred Eight Dollars and Eighty-four
Cents ($808.84); and, that this affiant will receive a monthly income
retirement benefit in the estimated svm of approximately Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per.month. � ,
This affiant has been informed and verily believes that
decedent's estate will be,exempted by way`of Federal Estate Tax
Exemption (1978) in the aggregate of One Hundred Thirty-four Thousand
, ,.
Dollars ($134,000.00) together with a Marital Exemption not to exceed
Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00); and, this affiant
being the surviving widow of said decedent and the claiming of an
application of current estate tax laws and regulations, that under
