Aff - Edmonds, Walter_3/26/1985-� � STATE OF INDIANA COUNTY OF GIBSON, SS: � AFFIDAVIT IN AID OF TITLE MAUDIE EDMONDS, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says: 1. certain Indiana, January 263, in Zndiana, follows, r That affiant and Walter Edmonds acquired title to real estate, situate in Gibson County, State of by deed, dated January 27, 1947, and recorded on 28, 1947, at 3:45 p.m., in Deed Record 125, page the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, which real estate is more particularly described as to-wit: A strip of land containing one_acre, more or less, out of the southwes.t quarter of the southeast quarter 'of Section 17, Township 2 south, Range 9 west, in Center Township, Gibson County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said Section 17 and run thence east along the line dividing Sections 17 and 20, a distance of 350 feet; thence north a distance of 126 feet; thence west a distance of 350 feet to the west line of said quarter quarter section; thence south 126 feet to the place of beginning, and that affiant and the said�Walter Edmonds were husband and wife continuously from prior to the date they acquired title. to the real estate described above to and including the date of the death of said Walter Edmonds on June 28, 1961. Affiant further states that said I9alter Edmonds died intestate, a resideat cf Gibscn County, State-af Indiana, and that the total value of the estate of said decedent including all property held as joint tenants, tenants by the entireties, gifts prior to death, transfers without an adequate and full consideration, and the proceeds of•all life insurance policies, was less than $60,000.00, and as a result no federal estate tax was due or payable by reason of the death of said decedent.
