Cora Lee ELgan, being first duly sworn upon her oath, de ses
and says:
That ehe is more than Fifty (50) years of age, a resident of
Princeton, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is a
Housekeeper.
That she is familiar with the following described real property
Located in Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of Lot One (L) in Stormont's Addition to the City of Princeton,
bounded as follows: Begin at the northwest corner of said Lot and
run thence south One Hundred Forty-Eight and five tenths (148.5) feet;
thence east forty-six.and five tenths (46.5) feet; thence north one
hundred forty-eight and five tenths (148.5) feet to the north line
of said lot; thence west to the point of beginning. Being the same
real estate described in Deed Record No. 129 page 115,�Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; .
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said abooe described
real property was formerly owned bq Ernest W. Elgan and Cora Lee
E1gan,'husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowLedge that
said Ernest W. Elgan died intestate, in or about September 26, 1966, and
that said Ernest W. Elgan and Cora Lee ELgan were husband and wife, at
the time of the death of the said Ernest W. Elgan.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowLedge that
the value of the estate of said Ernest W. Elgan, at the time of his
death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less
than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) DoLlars, and that the estate of said
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
