Elpers, being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That he is more than sixty-eight (68) years of age, and resides at No. 14 Red Bank Road, Fort Branch, Gibson County, Indiana; that he is the adult son�and one of the beneifciaries designated in the last will and testament of Henry Elpers, deceased. That he knows of his own knowledge that the aforesaid Henry Elpers died testate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on JuLy 4, 1966, and at the time of his demise was the owner with Tillie Elpers, as joint tenants cuith fu11 rights of survivorship of the follocaing described real estate, situate in the Town of Fort Branch, Gibson County, Indiana, towit: The East Eighty-two (82) feet of Lot Number 239 and the East Eighty- two (82) feet of the South Twenty-si�ht and one-half (28.5) feet of Lot Number 328 in �dalters Addition to the Town of Fort Branch. See Deed record No. 149 page 388, also Deed Record_No. 149 page 389, both.Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana. That this affidavit is made for the sole purpose of showing the death and date thereof of the aforesaid Henry Elpers as of Ju1y 4, 1966, whose estate is being administered in Estate Dkt. No. PR 66 - 103, Office of the C1erk of the Gibson Circuit Court, and in order to establish fu11 and complete title to the above described real estate in the surviving co-owner, Ti11ie Elpers; and, to obtain a transfer thereof to her individual name on the transfer book of the Town of Fort Branch, in the Office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana; and, for no other purpose.
