AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
I, Ruby P. Elshoff being first duly sworn upon her oath,
depos�s and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a retired
housewife,
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section
eighteen (18), township two (2) south, range ten (10) west, bounded
as follows: Begin at a point one hundred ninety-eight and seven
tenths (198.7) feet south of the southeast corner of Lot number four-
teen (14) in the Laura E. Woods Addition to the City of Princeton,
and fransaid beginning point thus found, run south fifty (50) feet;
thence west one hundred forty-eight and five tenths (148,5) feet;
thence north fifty (50) feet; thence east one hundred forty-eight
and five tenths (148.5) feet to the place of beginning.
Being the same, real estate described in Deed Record No. 143, page
378, Office of'the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; Also,
A part of the northwest quarter of section 18, township 2 south,
range 10 west, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point in the west
line of Hall Street projected southward 148.7 feet south of the
southeast corner of Lot 14 in the Laura E. Woods Addition to the
City of Princeton, Indiana, and thence south 50 feet; thence west
148.5 feet; thence north 50 feet; thence east 148� feet to the place
of beginning, containing .16 of an acre.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 146, page
250, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Athen w. Elshoff and Ruby P.
Elshoff, husband and wife as teriants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Athen W. Elshoff died testate, on or about January 8,
1974, and that said Athen W. Elshoff and Ruby P. Elshoff were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Athen L9. Elshoff.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Athen W. Elshoff at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
will probably not be liable or subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
