AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY B1' ENTIRETY
Gloria Ann Sterczer being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than twenty-one (21) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of•
a school teacher.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, indiana,tmai!t:
Part of the southwest quarter of Section twenty-four (24)•, Town-
ship two (2) south, range ten (10) west, described as.follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the �thwest quarter of said
Section twenty-four (24), and running thence east ninety-three (93)
rods; thence south ninety-eiqht (98) rods to the center of the ._
Wabash and Erie Canal; thence south, sixty-five (65) degrees west,
one hundred twenty-seven and one-half (T27'�) rods along the center
of said Canal to the west line of said_quarter section; thence north
one hundred forty-six and one-half (146'�) rods to the place of
beginning, containing seventy-one (71) acres, more or less.
ALSO; Part of the southwest quarter of said Section twenty-four
(24), Township two (2) south, Range ten (10) west, bounded as
follows: Beginning in the north line of said quarter section at
a point which is nine and forty-eight'one-hundredths (9.48) chains
west of the northeast corner of said quarter section and running
thence south nineteen and fifty one-hundredths (19.50) chains to
the middle of the bed of the Wabash and Erie Canal';'thence in a
southwesterly direction along the bed of said Canal nine and
eighteen one-hundredths (9.18) chains to the southeast corner of
the seventy-one (71) acre tract above described; thence north along
the east line of said seventy-one (71) acre tract to thenorth line
of said quarter section; and thence east to the place of beginning,
containing seventeen (17) acres, more or less.
This Conveyance is subject to an electric pole line easement dated
February 28th., 1956, from Dottis D. Steele and Rosa B. Steele,
as grantors to Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. as grantee.
Being the same real estate described•in Deed Record No. 149, page ,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that sAefknows of her own knowledge that said above described'
real property was formerly owned by Andrew M. Erdell and Elnora R.
Erdell, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.

that'the said Elnora R. Erdell'died intestate on or about December 5,
1973, and that said Andrew M. Erdell and Elnora R. Erdell were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Elnora R.
Erdell,
Both the Indiana Znheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax
liability on decedent's estate have been fully determined and paid.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
