AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
�
Geraldine Eads being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resi-
dent of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of an
employee of Emge Packing Company, Fort Branch, Indiana.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Zndiana, towit:
Lot Number Eighteen (18) in the Tretter Park
Sub-Division of the Town of Fort Branch.
Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record 147, page 126, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Essex P, Eads and Geraldine
Eads, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knawledge
that the said Essex P. Eads died testate on or about February 9, 1974,
and that said Essex P. Eads and Geraldine Eads were husband and wife
at the time of the death of the said Essex P, Eads.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Essex P. Eads at the time of
his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) and that the estate
of said decedent will probably not be subject to any Federal Estate
Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
