THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That PAUL ESKEW of Gibson Couoty,
in tfie State of Indiana Conveys and Warranta to PAULA M.
NOSSETT of Knox County, State of Indiana, and HUGH A
ESKEW of Pike
County, State of Indiana, as Tenants in Common, for and in
consideration oE One Dollar ($1.00) and other valUable
consideration the receipt whereof is heraby acknowledged, subject
to the life estate hereinaE[er reserved, the following described
Real Estate in Gibson County, in the State oE Indiana, to wit:
Tract I
The northwest quarter (1/4) of the northeast quarter (1/4) oE
Section two (2), Township two (2) south, Range nine (9) west
except that part thereof which lies north and northeast of �
Patoka River;
Also, the northeast quarter (1/4) of the northeast quarter
(1/4) of Section two (2), Township two (2) south, Range nine
(9) west, except so much thereof that lies north of the center
of the bed of Patoka River.
Containing in aZl 78.2$ acres, more or less.
Tract II
TFie northeast quarter (1/4) of the southwest quarter (1/4) of
Section number twelve (12), Township number two (2) south,
Range number nine (9) west, and containing forty (40) acres,

Also a part of the southeast quarter (1/4) of said section,
township and range, bounded as follows: Beginning at the
northwest corner of said southeast quarter (1/4) and running
thence east along the north line of said southeast quarter

The grantor, PAUL ESKEW, hereby reserves unto himself a life
estate in and to said real estate for the term of his life.
Grantor affirms under the penalties for perjury that he and
GENEVIEVE ESKEW were husband and wife when they acquired the
above described real estate as tenants by the entireties and
that their ioarriage remained unbroken until the death of
GENEVIEVE ESKEW on March 17, 1992, at which time he became the
sole and exclusive owner of the above described real estate as
surviving tenant of the entireties.
