I, the undersigned, KATHERINET.ELDERBROOK, for my veri-
fied affidavit, under the penalties for perjury, state the follow-
ing facts:
Z am the widow of Frederick H. Elderbrook, who died testate on
the 23rd day of March, 1995, a resident of Gibson County, in the
State of Indiana.
Affiant states further that on the date of death of the
decedent, Frederick H. Elderbrook, he and the undersigned,
Katherine T. Elderbrook, were husband and wife, and were owners as
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of the following
described real estate, and were continuously husband and wife from
the time they acquired title to said real estate on the 20th day of
January, 1968, until the demise of Frederick H. Elderbrook on March
23, 1995, which such real estate is commonly known as R.R. 2, Box
590,located in the Town of Haubstadt, Gibson County, State of
Zndiana, ar_d more particularly described as follows:
Part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 10 West, in the Town
of Haubstadt, and more particularly described as follows:

Begin at a point in the south line of said auarter
quarter section a distance of 777.9 feet west of the
southeast corner thereof and continue west along said
south line and in the center of Gibson Street (State Road
68) in Haubstadt, Indiana a distance of 271.11 feet, to
a point which is 34 1/7 rods or 563.36 feet east of the
center of the C. & E. I. Railroad main track; run thence
north 6 degrees west para11e1 to the center of said track
a distance of 429.0 feet to an iron; thence east and
para11e1 to the said south line a distance of 303.57 feet
to a point; run thence south 2 degrees 15 minutes east a
distance of 426.98 feet to the place of beginning,
containing 2.81 acres, more or less.
This is the same real estate conveyed by 4uit-Claim Deed
dated January 20, 1968, from Sophia Elderbrook, widow,
and from Clarence Elderbrook and Wanda J. Elderbrook,
nusband and wife, to the deceased, Frederick H.
Elderbrook and the undersigned affiant, Katherine T.
Elderbrook, husband and wife, which said deed of
conveyance is recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana, in Deed Records, Book 174 at page
36.
The above described real estate also comprises the real
estate conveyed to the deceased Frederick H. Elderbrook
and the undersigned Katherine T. Elderbrook, husband and
wife, by Clarence Elderbrook and Wanda J. Elderbrook,
husband and wife, by Warranty Deed dated Janua�-y 20,
1968, recorded January 22, 1968, in Deed Records, Book
174, page 34, in the office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana, and further comprises the real estate
conveyed to the deceased Frederick H. Elderbrook and the
undersigned Katherine T. Elderbrook, husband and wife,
by Sonhia Elderbrook, widow, by warranty Deed dated
January 20, 1968, recorded January 22, 1968, in Deed
Records, Book 174, page 35, in the office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Zndiana. •
Affiant states that on the date of death of Frederick H.
Elderbrook on the 23rd day of March, 1995, his surviving widow, the
unde=signed, Katherine T. Elderbrook, became the sole owner of the
above described real estate as
tenant by the entirety.

A11 known debts and liabilities of the decedent, Frederick H.
Elderbrook, including funeral and burial expenses were paid by his
widow, the undersigned, Katherine T. Elderbrook; there were no
assessments of Zndiana Inheritance Tax against decedent's estate,
and no Indiana Inheritance taxes wi11 be assessed against
decedent's estate; there were no unpaid federal or state income
taxes, nor federal or state fiduciary income taxes assessed against
decedent's estate, and decedent's said estate was not subject to
Federal Estate Taxes.
Further, affiant saith not.
I, the undersigned, Katherine T. Elderbrook, hereby affirm,
under the penalties for perjury, that I have read the above and
foregoing Affidavit and the representations therein contained are
true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
