AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE ON AUDITOR'S RECORDS
RITA R. BECKLEY and RONALD P. ELPERS, Co-Trustees of the Family
Special Needs Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Anthony A. Elpers
dated May 17, 2006 and filed with the Gibson Circuit Court on May 5, 2010 under
Cause No. 26C01-1005-EM-33 (hereafter collectively "AffianY'), being duly sworn upon
oath, state:

Affiant is a competent adult.
Affiant has personal knowledge of the matters stated herein.
3. Anthony A. Elpers (hereafter "DecedenY') died a resident of Gibson
County, Indiana, on February 12, 2010. Decedent was survived by his
spouse, Catherine Nadine Elpers (hereafter "DecedenYs Spouse").
4. Decedent was the owner of an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the
following described real estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, at the
time of his death, to-wit:
One (1) acre in the southwest corner of the west half of the southwest
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 south, Range 10 west, and bounded as
follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said west half of said Section,
Township and Range and running due east 13'/3 rods and thence south 12
rods; thence west 13'/3 rods and thence south 12 rods to the place of
beginning.

Estate of Anthony A. Elpers are contemplated.

7. The DecedenYs Interest is a part of the residue under the terms of
DecedenYs Last Will and Testament.
8. That the entire residue of DecedenYs estate passed under the terms of
Item VII of DecedenYs Last Will and Testament because the DecedenYs
estate was insufficient to cause any funding of the Marital Gift under Item
VI of DecedenYs Last Will and Testament; and that the entire residue of
DecedenYs estate, including DecedenYs Interest in the Real Estate,
vested in the undersigned Rita R. Beckley and Ronald P. Elpers, as Co-
Trustees of the Family Special Needs Trust created under the terms of
Items VII and X of DecedenYs Last Will and Testament.
9. The Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, is hereby requested to show
transfer of the DecedenYs Interest in the Real Estate on the records of the
Auditor's Office of Gibson County, Indiana, to Rita R. Beckley and Ronald
P. Elpers, or their successors, as Co-Trustees of the Family Special
Needs Trust U/W of Anthony A. Elpers dated May 17, 2006.
10. The property tax code number for the Real Estate is as follows: 26-23-07-
300-000.259-024; and the property address for the above-described Real
Estate is as follows: 478 W. 1200 S., Haubstadt, Indiana 47639.
11. Henceforth, a property tax statement for DecedenYs Interest in the Real
Estate should be sent to Affiant at the following address:
