Come now the Plaintiff Joseph Leroy English, by counsel, on his Complaint ro
Quiet Title against the Defendants to a certain tract of real estate located in Gibson
County, Indiana, and
THE COURT being duly advised in the premises finds as follows:
l. Defendant Jo Yvonne English and Any Other person in the World having an
Interest in the Real Estate which is the subject of this action were duly served by
publication, and the last publication of the summons appeaz in the Princeton Daily
Clarion more than 30 days prior to this judgment.
2. No Defendant has appeared or filed any response in this action, and ali of the
other Defendants are totally in default in this action.
3. The Court has jurisdiction of the persons and subject matter of this cause.
4. The allegations in PlaintifPs complaint are true.

5. The purpose of this action is quiet title to real estate commonly kno�m as
6889 S. Tara Lane, Fort Branch, IN 47648.
6. Any person located anywhere who has any interest in the subject real estate
w�as given notice of this action by publication.
7. The subject of this cause of action is a tract of real estate located at 6889 S.
Tara Lane, Fort Branch, IN 47648, and which is described as follows:
Part of the South half of the Northeast quarter of Section (13), Township (3)
South, Range (11) West in Gibson County, Indiana and more particulazly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest comer of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said section, thence North 00 degree 53 minutes West two hundred
twelve (212.0) feet to an iron; thence North 24 degrees 39 minutes West three
hundred twenty four (324.0) feet to an iron at the initial point of beginning of the
following described real estate; thence North 65 degrees 21 minutes East eight
(8.0) feet to a point; thence North 24 degrees 39 minutes West one hundred forty
three and eight tenths (143.8) feet to an iron; thence South 70 degrees 31 minutes
West one hundred eight and three tenths (108.3) feet to an iron; thence South 36
degrees 26 minutes East one hundred fifty seven (157.0) feet to a point; thence
North 65 degrees 21 minutes East sixty eight (68.0) Feet to an iron at the point of
beginning. Containing .30 acres more or less.
8. The Plaintiff has good sufficient Fee simple fee simple record tide to the real
estate by virtue of paying the ad valorem property ta�ces due on the subject real estate for
a period of more than ten (10) years and being in actual, visible, open and notorious,
exclusive, under claim of ownership, hostile, and continuous possession of the subject
real estate for a period of more than ten (10) years.
9. The Plaintiffs assert title to the real estate that is the subject of this action
against all persons.
10. The Plaintiff has named as Defendant all persons whom the Plaintiffs know
mav have a claim to or interest in the real estate.

12. The Plaintiff has suf�icient and valid claim and ti[le to the said tract of real
estate, which is the subject of this action, and are entitled to a Judgment determining that
they are the sole and absolute owners of the fee-simple interest in said real estate and
quieting title to said real estate in the Plaintiff.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AI�'D DECREED that the
PlaintiffJoseph Leroy English has sufficient and valid claim and title to the said tract of
reaf estate which is the subject of this action, and that Plaintiff is entitled to a Judgment
determining that they are the sole and absolute owners of the fee-simple interest in said
real estate and quieting title to said rea] estate in the Plaintiff.
IT IF FURTER ORDERED that title to the following described real estate is
quieted in the names of Plaintiff Joseph Leroy English:
