AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY
1. That the above named decedent died intestate on the 2nd day of August, 2009
while domiciled in Gibson County
2. That no application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is
pending or has been gzanted in any jurisdic[ion nor is any administration contemplated.
3. That the followine named persons aze the only heirs at law of the decedent:
William Nelson Enrietto, �ridower, and Henry J. Brown, father.
4. That it appeazs the value of the decedent's gross probate estate, less liens and
encumbrances, does not exceed the sum of the allowance provided by I.C. 29-1-8-3: the sum of
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), the costs and expenses of administration and reasonable funeral
expenses.
5. That among the decedenr s probate asse[s is the remainder interest in a parcel of
real estate located in Gibson Count��, Indiana, more particularly described as:
A part of the north half of the northeast quarter of the noRheast quarter of Section
11, township 3 south, range 9 west. Beginning at a stone 24 rods east of the
northwest corner of said north half, running thence south 21 rods and 9 feet;
thence east 32 rods; thence north 21 rods and 9 feet thence west 8 rods; thence
south 14 rods and 9 feet; thence west 23 rods; thence north 14 rods and 9 feet;
thence west 15 and I/2 feet to the place of beginning.
Excep6ng therefrom:
Begin at a rail road spike set in the North line of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 3 South, Range 9 West and being
792. feet East of the Northwest comer thereof; Thence measure East, along said
North line, a distance of 132A feet to a rail road spike set; Thence measure South,
a distance of 240.0 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe set Thence measure West, a distance of
132A feet to a 3/4 inch pipe found; Thence measure NoRh, a distance of 240. feet
to the point of beginning and containing 0.727 acre, but subject to the South 1/2 of
a city street offthe North side thereof.
Together �vith the right of way of 1� feet along the north side of said north
half from the said beginning to the said east line.

6. That the individual entitled to the remainder interest in Uus real estate under I.C.
29-1-2-1 (b) (2) as a resuft of the decedent's death is William Nelson Enrietto, her surviving
spouse, tivee fourths (.i/4) interest and Henry J. Bro��n, her father, one fourth (1/4) interest.
