south, range 10 west and measure north, along the east line of said fractional section, a distance of
179.00 feet to a�/8 inch 'von found 6 inch high and being the True Poini of Begim�ing; thence
measure north 89 degrees 33 minutes 41 seconds west, along the nonh line of the Barry L. Moore
property (00-2674); a distance of 297.04 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found buried in the center of a
road; thence measure north 9 degrees 26 minutes east, along the east line of the James & Karen
Anderson property (84-400) and along said road, a distance of 132.3� feet to a�/8 inch iron
found buried; thence measure north 80 degrees 18 minutes 31 seconds west, along the north line
of the said Anderson property, a distance of 124.00' to a 1/2 inch iron found buried; thence
measure south 16 degrees 47 minutes 4� seconds west, along the �vest line of the said Anderson

line of the said Umpleby property, a distance of 342.74 feet to a 5/8 inch iron found buried in a
road; thence measure south 9 degrees 26 minutes west, along the west line of the Umpleby
propertv, a distance of 102.00 feet to a�/8 inch iron found in the road buried; thence measure
north 89 degrees 45 minutes 57 seconds east, along the south line of the said Umpieby property, a
distance of 25091 feet to a �/8 inch iron found 4 inches high in the east line of said fractional
section 30; thence measure south 0 degrees 23 minutes 0 second east, along the east line of the
