certify that the property owned by Gene A. Ellis and Ruth M.
Tolbert-Ellis, as described in a Quit Claim Deed recorded May 8,
1996 as found at Instrument ,$96-2625 in the Gibson County
Recorder's office and described as being the west half of lot
Number 2 of Fractional Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 10 West
and containing 32.40 acres±, in reality contains 45.98 acres and is
described as follows:
The west half of Lot ,�2 in Fractional Section 17,
Township 1 North, Range 10 West in White River Township,
Gibson County, Indiana and more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot
#2 and run thence north two-thousand nine-hundred and
fifty hundredths (2950') feet to the south bank of the
White River; thence upstream along said south bank north
seventy-five degrees thirty-three minutes east (N 75° 33'
E) six-hundred eighty-one and fifty-four hundredths
(681.54') feet to a point six-hundred and sixty (660)
feet west of the east line of said Section 17; thence
south and parallel to said east line and at a distance of
660' therefrom, three-thousand one-hundred twenty
(3,120') feet to the south line of said Lot #2 of
Fractional Section 17; thence west six-hundred and sixty
(660') feet to the place of beginning and containing
45.98 acres.
The above described 45.98 acres should be used for all future
conveyances and this property has gained in acreage due to
accretion, the gradual build up caused by the movement of the White
