Donald R. Balser, Vice President and Trust Officer of Old National
Bank in Evansville, Evansville, Indiana, upon his oath deposes and says:
THAT, Old �ational Bank in Evansville served as Trustee of a Trust
known as the William P. Woods Trust, which said Trust Agreement was entered
into on the 30th day of September, 1949, between Evalyn [doods Simpson,
Lorraine Jamison Able, and Florence Woods Deems, as Trustors, and iJilliam P.
Woods as Trustee.
THAT, under contract with said Trustors and Trustee dated.December 31,
1957, Old National Bank in Evansville became Successor Trustee of said Trust.
THAT, the ledger books of said Trust reflect that the Trust terminated
on December 16, 1974, and that distribution was made on that date.
THAT, the beneficiaries of said Trust, at the time of termination,
were Evalyn Woods Simpson Eckstein, whom the Trustee believes to be the same
person as Trustor Evalyn Woods Simpson, Florence Woods Dreks Foster, whom the
Trustee believes to be the same person as Trustor Florence Woods Deems, and
