Farmer, M.D. being first dul�v sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than fhi=ty (30) years of age, a resident Dav�ess of ��x County, State of Indiana, andhis occupation is that of a Doctor. That he is familiar with the following described real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to�vit: A part of the northwest Quarter of the southwest quarter of sation seven (7), township two (2) south, range nine (9) west, described as follows: Begin at the northwest corner of said quarter quarter section, and run thence east to the northeast corner thereof; thence south eleven and forty-eight hundredths (11.48) chains; thence west to the west line of said quarter quarter section; thence north eleven and forty-eight hundredths (11.48) chains to the place of beginning and containing twenty-four and eighty-five hundredths (24.85) acres, more or less, and subject to a right of way one (1) rod in width off the south side of said tract for the purpose of ingress and egress to lands now owned by Norman Douglas. ALSO, a part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section seven (7), township two (2) south, range nine (9) west, and described as follows: Begin at the northwest corner of said quarter quarter section and run thence east along the north line thereof to the northeast corner thereof; thence south along the east line thereof ten (10) feet to the center of a public dredge ditch; thence in a southwesterly direction along the center line of a public dredge ditch, south forty-five (45) degrees and..twenty (20) minutes west, to the southwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence north along the west line thereof to the place of beginning, and containing twenty (20) acres, more or less, and subject to a right of way one (1) rod in width off the west side of the above described tract by beginning at the southwesc corner thereof and running north to a point due east of the right of way above described and for the same ourposes. ALSO, a part of the south half of the northwest quarter of section seven (7), township two (2) south, range nine (9) west, and described as follows: Begin at a point in the west line of saicl half quarter section one thousand seventy-two and five-tenths (1072.5) feet south of the northwest corner thereof; and run thence east parallel to the north line thereof, to the east line thereof; thence south to the southeast corner thereof; thence west along the south line thereof to - the southwest corner thereof; thence north to the place of beginning, and containing fifteen (15) acres, more or less; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Basil L. Farmer and Lana Farmer, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that said Basil L. Farmer died on or about January 31, 1968, and that said Basil L. Farmer and Lana Farmer were husband and wife, at the time o� the death of the said Basil L.
