FERGUSOAT, being first duly sworn upon oath, says that FRED FERGUSON departed this life;. intestate, a resident of Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, on September 14,- 1966, and that the said FRED FERGUSON and this affiant, EDNA B. FERGUSON, were, as of September 14, 1966, husband and wife, and were the owners, as tenants by the entirety, of the follo�ving described real estate, situate in Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit: A part of the northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 2 south, Range 8 west, described as follows: Beginning 81 rods and 5 feet �vest of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 20, in said Township and Range, and running thence west 45 rods and 8 feet; thence south 45 rods; thence east 45 rods and 8 feet; thence north 45 rods to the place of beginning, contain- ing 12. 70 acres. All of said lines to be run with variations of Original Survey. Also, a part of the northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 2 south, Range 8 west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point,68 mds and 7 feet west of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 2 south, Range 8 «�est, and running thence south 45 rods; thence west 22 rods 15 feet and 9 inches; thence north 45 rods; thence east 22 rods and 15 feet and 9.inches to the place of'beginning; containing 6. 35 acres,"more or less; ' ALSO, a part of the said northwest quarter bounded as follows: Beginning at a point 50 rods west of a point 52 chains and 10 links north of the southeast corner of said quarter quarter section; running thence west 86 rods and 5 feet; thence north 16 rods and 8 feet; thence east 85 rods 13 feet and 6 inches; thence south 16 mds and 8 feet to the place of beginning, containing 9 acres, more or less. All of said real estate being in the northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 2 south, Range 8 west, and contain- ing in ali 28. O5 acres, more or less, save and excepting therefrom a strip of land 30 feet in �vidth off of the west side of said real estate, which said 30 foot strip was conveyed by Claude Harper and Cora M.
