AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Flora E. Ficken, being first duly sworn, upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than_fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is a house-
keeper.
That she is familiar with the following described real estate
Located in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:
12.75 acres in the north fialf of the Southwest Quarter of Section
10, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, bounded.and described as
follows, towit: Begin 22 rods and 5 feet west of the southeast
corner thereof and run thence west along the south line thereof,
L00 rods, to the center of the Owensville and EdansviLle Road
as now located and known as the "OLd Red Bank" road; thence North
along the Center of said Highway, 20.4 rods; thence East para11e1
to said south 1ine, 100.00 rods,. to a point 22 rods and 5 feet
west of the east line of said Quarter Section; thence south, paraLLel
to said east line, 20.4 rods to ttie place of beginning, and being the
same real estate described in�Deed Recocd No. 130 page 446, Office
of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana,
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was foraerly owned by Arthur R. Ficken and Flora E.
Ficken, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Arthur R. Ficken died, intestate, on or about the 16th
day of January, 1954, and that said Arthur R. Ficken and Flora E.
Ficken, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said Arthur R. Ficken.
Affiant further states'that she knows of her own knowledge
that the Federal Estates Tax Liability of the estate of the
aforesaid Arthur R. Ficken, deceased, was fully determined and
paid more�than five (5) years prior to this date.
Affiant further sayeth not.
