Fie1d, being first duly sworn upon her oath says that she is the surviving widow of Byron A. Fie1d, deceased; that said decedent departed this life on the lbth day of March, 1976, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and was the owner with affiant as tenants by the entirety of certain real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, which is listed upon the transfer records of Union Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and described as follows: A part of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 3 south, Range 10 west, described as follows: Begin at the southeast corner of said half quarter section and run thence north to a point in the center of the Stunkel ditch, which point is 463.5 feet south of the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said section; thence north 54 degrees 30 minutes west along the center line of said Stunkel ditch to the west line of said half quarter section at a point 501.5 feet north of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said-section; thence south to the southwest corner of said half quarter section; thence east to the place of beginning, containing 39.995 acres.
