Eunice L. Fie1d, being first duly sworn upon
her oath says that she is the surviving widow of Byron A.
Fie1d, deceased; that said decedent departed this life on
the lbth day of March, 1976, a resident of Gibson County,
State of Indiana, and was the owner with affiant as tenants
by the entirety of certain real estate situate in Gibson
County, State of Indiana, which is listed upon the transfer
records of Union Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana,
and described as follows:
A part of the west half of the southwest
quarter of Section 23, Township 3 south,
Range 10 west, described as follows: Begin at
the southeast corner of said half quarter section
and run thence north to a point in the center of
the Stunkel ditch, which point is 463.5 feet south
of the northeast corner of the southwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of said section; thence
north 54 degrees 30 minutes west along the center
line of said Stunkel ditch to the west line of said
half quarter section at a point 501.5 feet north
of the southwest corner of the northwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of said-section; thence
south to the southwest corner of said half quarter
section; thence east to the place of beginning,
containing 39.995 acres.
ALSO, Part of the south half of the northeast
quarter of Section 19, Township 3 south, Range 10
west, more particularly described as follows: The
place of beginning may be found by measuring the

following courses and distances: From the
southeast corner of the southwest quarter
of the northeast quarter, measure west along
the south line of said quarter quarter 812 feet;
thence north and parallel to the west line of
the A. T. & T. microwave tower site and along
the west line of Mohican Drive, 1199.6 feet
to an iron at the intersection of the west line
of Mohican Drive and the north line of Comanche
Avenue; thence east along the north line of
Comanche Avenue, 600 feet to the place of
beginning; from said place of beginning run thence
north and parallel to the west line of Mohican
Drive, 125 feet to the north line of the south
half of the northeast quarter of said section 19,
thence east along said north line, 100 feet;
thence south and para11e1 to the west line of
Mohican Drive, 125 feet to the north line of
Comanche Avenue; thence west along said north
line 100 feet to the place of beginning, and
containing .2869 acres; and being Tract ��30
in Indian Hills, an unrecorded subdivision
SUBJECT TO a 10 foot public utility easement
on all four sides of the above described real
estate, EXCEPT the coal lying therein and there-
under which was heretofore conveyed to William A.
Jackson by a war-ranty deed dated February 2, 1921,
recorded in Deed Record 89, page 155, records
in the Office of the Recorder, Gibson County,
Indiana.
Also, a non-exclusive right-of-way for
ingress and egress over and across the following
lands, to-wit: Beginning at a point located 812
feet west and 1199.6 feet north of the southeast
corner of the southwest quarter of said quarter
section, being in the west line of a public road
known as Mohican Drive; and run thence east 1300
feet; thence south 50 feet to the south line of
Comanche Avenue; thence west along said south line
1300 feet to the west line of said Mohican Drive;
thence north to the place of beginning, being the
west 1300 feet of Comanche Avenue, a part of a
public road.
That title to said real estate passed to this
affiant as the surviving tenant by the entirety and the
