AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Mary H. Finney, being first duly sworn upon her oath,

deposes and says:
That�she is more•than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a housewife.

That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of Lots 34 and 35 in Forest Park Addition to the City of
Princeton, described as follows: Begin at the southeast corner
of said lot 35 and run thence north 50 feet; thence west to the
west line of said lot 34 a distance of 118 feet and 10 inches;
thence south along the west line of said lot 34, 50 feet; thence
east to the place ofbeginning.
Being the same � al estate described in Deed Record No. 129, page
401, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Mary H. Finney and Samuel R.
Finney, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
testate
that the said Samuel R. Finney died/on or about January 14, 1969
and that said Mary H. Finney and Samuel R. Finney, were husband
and wife, at the time of the death of the said Samuel R. Finney.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Samuel R. Finney at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
