AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
MYRTLE FLEENER, being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes arid says:
1. That she makes this affidavit for the purpose
of having the following described real estate situate in
Columbia Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana transferred
to her name individually, which property is described as
follows, to-wit:
Lot number twenty-nine (29) in Harden Addition
No. 2, a recorded Sub-Division, near the town of
Oakland City, Indiana, located in a part of the riorth-
east quarter of section 18, township 2 south, range
8 west, in Columbia Township, Gibson County, Indiana,
and recorded in Plat Book # 2, page 91 in the office
of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, save and
excepting therefrom twelve feet off of the south side
of said lot twenty-nine (29); ALSO, twelve feet off
of the�south side of lot number thirty (30) in Harden
Addition No. 2, a recorded Sub-Division, near the
town of Oakland City, Indiana, located in a part of
the northeast quarter of section 18, township 2 sou�h,
range 8 west, in Columbia Township, Gibson County,
Indiana, and recorded in Llat Book # 2, page gl in the
office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
2. Affiant says further that the above described real
estate was heretofore listed in the Auditor�s Office of Gibson
County, Indiana, under the name of Felix Fleener and Myrtle
Fleener, husband and wife.
3. Affiant says further that said above described property
was owned by the said Felix Fleener and N�yrtle Fleener, husband
and wife, as Tenants by the Entireties.
4. Affiant says further that Felix Fleener, departed
this life intestate on the 21st day of December, 1971, leaving this

affiant as his surviving widow and sole surviving heir.
5. This affidavit is made for the purpose of
transferring the above described real estate to the name of
Myrtle Fleener, individually. �
