Comes now the undersigned, Helena Forsythe, and first being sworn
according to law deposes and says that John B. Forsythe and this
affiant were husband and vrife on January 27, 1q42, the date of the
deed recorded on Januar� 2tt, 19!}2 in Deed Record 111{, page 593 in
the Recorder's Office of Gibson County, Indiana, and that they re-
mained husband and rrife until tne death of the said John B. Forsythe
on December 11, 1963.
This afSidavit is made for.the purpose of effecting the transfer
of the iollowing described real estate, to-rrit:
Lot number one (1) in Hillyards Enlargement to the town of
Oakland City, Indiana,
in the transfer books of the Auditor�s Of£ice of Gibson County, Indiana
from the names of John B. Forsythe and Helena Forsythe to the nar.!e of
Helena Forsythe, alone.
And further affiant sa5=eth not.
