AFFIDAVIT AS TO TE ��,�NTIRETY

IYlary E. Freudenberg, being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Part of the west half of the northwest quarter of section 17,
township 3 south, range 9 west, Barton Township, Gibson County,
Zndiana, and more particularly described as follows: Begin at a
point in the north line of said half quarter section, two hundred
sixty-four and no hundredths (264.00) feet west of the northeast
corner.thereof; and from said point of beginning run thence west and
along the north line thereof, one thousand fifty-six (1056) feet,
more or less, to a stone at the northwest corner of said half, quarter
section; thence south along the west line thereof, thirteen hundred
thirty-one and no hundredths (1331.00) feet to a stone; thence con-
tinuing south on said west line, one thousand fifty-two and nineteen
hundredths (1052.19) feet to an iron; thence south eighty-eight (88)
degrees, seven (07) minutes east, seven hundred fifteen and five hun-
dredths (715.05) feet to the point of tangency of a thirty-eiqht (3fi)
degree, fifty-six (56) minute curve to the right and having a radius
of one hundred fifty and no hundredths (150.00) feet; thence around
said curve to the right for one hundred fifty-seven and fifty-three '
hundredths (157.53) feet; thence south twenty-six (26) degrees, forty-
seven (47) minutes east, two hundred three and thirty seven hundredths
(203.37) feet to a point in the south.line of said half, quarter section,
which point is two and fifty hundredths (2.50) feet south of the center
line of State Highway #168; thence east and along the south line of said
half, quarter section, three.hundred twenty and no hundredths (320.00)
feet; thence north nine hundred ninety (990) feet, more or less, to the
south line of the property formerly owned by Sophia McCleary; thence
west, one hundred ninety-eight and no hundredths (198,00) feet; thence
north sixteen hundred fifty (1650) feet, more or less; t o the place
of beginning and containing 63.26 acres, more or less.
Subject to the right of way of State Highway #16E along the south side of
the above described tract. ALSO, Subject to a county road right of way
along the west side of the above described tract of land.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 164 Page 500,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Zndiana;
and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Joshua Freudenberg and Mary E.
Freudenberg, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Joshua Freudenberg died intestate, on or about June 8,
1971, and that said Joshua Freudenberg and Mary E. Freudenberg, were
husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Joshua
Freudenberg.

Affiant further states that she knows of her own
knowledge that the value of the estate of said Joshua Freudenberg
at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate
Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and
.. that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal
Estate Tax.
