AFFIDAVIT ESTABLZS N DAT��P'T'DEATH�
The undersigned, Mary E. Freudenberg, the surviving widaw
of Joshua Freudenberg, deceased, being first duly sworn on
oath deposes and says:
1, That she is more than forty (40) years of age and
is the surviving widow of Joshua Freudenberg, who died intestate,
a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on June 8, 1971; that.as
of the date of his demise the said Joshua Freudenberg was the
owner of a life estate (Deed Record No, 164 Page 501, Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana), of the following des-
cribed real estate located in Barton Township, Gibson County,
Indiana, towit:
Part of the northwest quarter of section 17, township 3 south,
range 9 west, Barton Township, Gibson County, Zndiana, and more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of`the east'half of Ehe northwest quarter of said section �
seventeen (17) and run thence east and along the north line thereof,
five hundred seventy-seven and fifty hundredths (577.50) feet; thence
south and along the center line of a county road five hundred fifty and
no hundredths (550.00) feet; thence west and parallel to the north
line thereof, two hundred and no hundredths (200.00) feet; thence ,
south and parallel to the center line of said road, three hundred
fifty and no hundredths (350.00) feet; thence east and parallel
to the north 33ne thereof, two hundred and no hundredths (200.00)
feet to the center line of said road; thence south and along the
center line of said road, seven hundred fifty (750) feet, more or
less, to the south line of the property formerly owned by Sophia
McCleary; thence west eight hundred forty-one and fifty hundredths
(841.50) feet; thence north sixteen hundred fifty (1650) feet, more
or less, to the north line of the west half of the northwest quarter
of said aection; thence east and along the north line of the said
west haZf, two hundred sixty-four (264) feet, more or less, to the
place of beginning and containing 30.4 acres, more or less.
Heing the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 164 Page
501, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
2. That this affiant makes this affidavit-for the sole -
purpose of establishing the date and place ofdeath of the said
Joshua Freudenberg.in order to obtain a p'roper entry on the
Transfer Record (Office of the Auditor of GiYs on County, Indiana)
from the name of Joshua Freudenberg to Anna L. Kempf, a daughter
of said decedent,
