Friedman being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: =r That she is more than sixty (60) years of age, a resident _ ` � �. � of Gibson County, Indiana, and tier occupation is that of a housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: The south half (1/2) of the southeast quarter (4) and the south- east quarter (;) of the southwest quarter (4),_all in Section twenty-seven (27), township three (3) south,_range eleven (11) west; also part of the southwest quarter.(4) of the southwest quarter (4) of said section,_described as follows: Beginning at the southeast_ corner of said quarter quarter section; running thence west two (2) chains and thirty (30) links; thence riorth seventeen (17) chains and forty eight (48) links; thence east to the east line of said quarter quarter section; trience south to the place of beginning, all of said tracts containing one hundred twenty-six (126) acres, more or less. . Being the same real estate described in Deed Drawer #1, Card #602, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Lee J. Friedman and Mary E. Friedman, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Lee J. Friedman died testate, on or about August 24, 1975, and that said Lee J. Friedman and Mary E. Friedman were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Lee J. Friedman. Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal Estate Tax; but for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dkt. No. 75 - 146, Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court. Further this affiant sayeth not. Subscribed and sworn to before me this 2nd day of March, 1976.
