AFIIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
John W. Ballard, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than thirty C30) years�of age, a resident —
of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, and he is an Attorney.
That he is familiar with the following described real
property Located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northo�est Quarter of
Section Sixteen (16), Township four C4) South, Range Ten (10)
West, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner
of s�.d quarter Guarter section, and running thence north 8
rods and 7 feet; thence caest 20 rods; thence south 8 rods and 7
feet to the south line of said quarter quarter section; thence
east 20 rods to the olace of beginning, containing one (1) acre,
more or less:
and that he knows of his own knowiedge that said a6ove described
real property was formerly owned by George Frohbieter and Sophia
Frohbieter, his wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Afiiant further states that he knows of his o�an knowledge
that said George Frohbieter died February 22, 1953 and that said
George Frohbieter and Sophia rrohbieter were hvsband and wife at
the time of the death of the said George Frohbieter.
Affiant further states that he knows of his oc•�n knowledge
that the value of the estate of said George Frohbieter at the
time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
1aG�, was less than Sixty Thousand (�60,000.00) Dollars, and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth
