Upon r.he withdrawal of land from cl2ssification the o»ner-sna11 pay eithec the
increment tax (sho�.m on the "Report of Appraisement") or an amount equal to the
real property taxes which would have been assessed on such land during the peri-
od in whi.ch i.t was so classifie<I pl.us i.nterest on such real property t2xes at
[he rate of five percont (5%) pi�r annum, which ever amount i.s less. In no case,
t�owever, shall the o�ancr be ]iaL1e f.or real property taxes in excess of the taxes
which �aould have been assessed on the land in the ten (10) years preceding [he
date oE withdrawal of the Land from classification.
The per acre total of real property taxes plus five percent per annum, for the
