Fenwick, being duly sworn upon oath says that Hillen J. Fenwick died intestate on the 29th day of January, 1979, and that said decedent was on the day of his death the owner of the following described real estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit: Parcel No. 9- All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 3 South, Range 9 West, lying South and West of the Stunkle Ditch, containing 2 acres, more or less. Also: The West Half of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 9 West, containing 120 acres, more or less, except 3 acres in the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section being North and East of the Stunkle Ditch. Also: A road or right of way located in Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 9 West, and described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the center of the Evansville and Petersburg Road where the line which commences at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 9 West, runs North to the aforesaid Evansville and Petersburg Road; then following said line North 30 feet beyond the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range 9 West; thence East 16 1/2 feet; thence South 30 feet; thence continuing along this line South to the center of the Evansville and Petersburg Road to a point 16 1/2 feet East of the point of beginning; thence along said road to the point of beginning. All located in Gibson County, Indiana. That said real estate passed by virtue of the laws of this state as follows: An undivided one-third (1/3) thereof in the Estate of Margaret M. Fenwick, deceased, wife of decedent. An undivided two-fifteenths (2/15) thereof to Hillen J. Fenwick, Jr., son of decedent. An undivided two-fifteenths (2/15) thereof to Steven L.
