SMALL ES'PATE AFFIDAVIT
The undersigned, on behalf of claimants listed below, upon
her personal knowledge and belief, makes the following
statements:
1. James E. Pruitt, deceased, died on August 24, 1991,
intestate, while domiciled in Gibson County, State of Indiana.
2. No petition for the appointment of a personal repre-
sentative for the decedent has been granted and none is
contemplated.
3. More than forty-five (45) days have elapsed since the
death of the decedent.
4. The value of the gross probate estate of the decedent,
less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed Eight Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00), cons.isting of the following:
5. The decedent was the owner of the following property
at the time of.his death:
a. 1991 Chevrolet S10 Truck with a fair
market value of approximately $5,000.00, encumbered
by a lien in favor of Evansville Federal Savings
Bank with a date of death balance of $7,235.01.
b. 1982 One Ton GMC Pickup Truck with a fair
market value of approximately $1,500.00.
c. Checking Account, Elberfeld State Bank,
Elberfeld, Indiana, with a date of death value of
$1,120.13.
d. Savings Account Elberfeld State BanY.,
Elberfeld, Indiana, with a date of death value of
$270 .25 .
e. Old Camper and Trailer of nominal value.

f. Real estate commonly known as 102 and 103
Glendale, Somerville, Gibson County, Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:
�1. Part of the northeast Guarter of the
northeast quarter of section eleven'
(11), township three (3) south, range
nine (9) west, bounded as follows,
to-wit: Begin at the northwest corner
of said quarter quarter section, run
thence south thirteen and one-third
(13-1/3) rods; thence east twenty four
(24) rods; thence north thirteen and
one-third (13-1/3) rods; thence west
twenty-four (24) rods to the point of
beginning, containing two �z) acres,
more or less.

Subject to all rights of way, covenants,
conditions and restrictions of record.
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Town-
ship 3 South, Range 9 West, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a stone at the southwest
corner of said quarter quarter section,
run thence north parallel to the west
line of said quarter Guarter section
85 feet to an iron; thence east
parallel to tl�e south Line of said
quarter quarter section 1�8.50 feet
to an iron; thence east in the same
direction 15.84 feet to another iron;
thence south parallel to the west line
of said quarter quarter section 85 feet
to an iron located in the county road;
thence west 164.34 feet to the place
of beginning, containing .3207 gross
acres, and being a strip of land 85 feet
in width off the entire south side of a
.75 acre tract conveyed by David M. Null,
etal, as grantors, to Charles F. Yeager,
as grantee, by Deed dated May 26, 1922,
recorded in Deed Rec. 91, page 51,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana, and the same land conveyed to
the grantor by Norman Williams, etal, as
County Commissioners of Gibson County,
Indiana, by Deed dated May 5, 1972,
recorded in Deed Dr. 1, Card 4790, and
identified by survey dated June 14, 1989•
Said real estate is conveyed subject to
all conditions, easements, highways,
rights-of-way, restrictions, limitations
and all zoning ordinances now existing
and subject also to all outstanding �ants,
gas, coal and other mineral deeds, g
leases, ownerships and reservations of
record .

For the same consideration above recited,
the Administrator hereby conveys all of
the said decedent's right, title and
interest in and to the oil, gas, coal and
other minerals.
6. The decedent left the following debts in addition to
the liens and encumbrances listed above:
a. Meadowview Regional Hospital, Mayesville,
Kentucky, in the amount of $4,880.13.
b. L=xington's-St. Joseph's Hospital, Lexington,
Kentucky, in the amount of $3,058.39.
c. Dr. Jamie Jacobs, Cardiology Associates of
- Lexington, Lexington, Kentucky in the amount of $801.13.
d. Signature loan at Elberfeld Bank, Elberfeld,
Indiana, in Ehe amount of $500.00.
7. The decedent was not survived by a spouse.
8. The decedent's heirs-at-law listed below are entitled
to have the decedent's real estate and personal property, after
payment of proper claims and charges, transferred to them, in
equal shares as tenants in common, without administration as

9. The Affiant states that there are no Indiana
Inheritance taxes or Federal Estate taxes owing as a result of
the decedent's death.
10. Title to the decedent's real estate set out above
vested in the decedent's children and heirs-at-law, Deborah
French, James D. Pruitt, Lisa Walker and Connie Kay, as

tenants in common and each of said heirs-at-law own an
undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in said real estate.
11. For all of the above reasons, the undersigned, is
entitled to the above-referenced personal property in order to
pay the decedent's debts and distribute the net balance, after
payment of proper claims and charges, to the heirs-at-law
listed above, in equal shares.
