To�vnship 4 South, Range 10 �Yest, which point is 300.0 feet north of the
southwest�corner of said Fractional Section 6; and from said beginning
point, continue to bear north, along said west line,a distance of 53.0
feet to the southwest corner of a certain 0.500 acre tract belonging
to Da11as Friedman, as of November; 1968; thence bear east, parallel to
the nortn line of said Fractional Section 6, a distance of 20.0 feet to
an iron; thence continue east,along the same course, a distance of 204.0
feet to an iron; thence bear south, parallel to the said west line, a
distance of 53.0 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence bear west; parallel to
the south line of said Fractional Section 6, a distance of 204.0 feet
to a 5/8 inch'iron; thence continue west along the same course, a distance
of 20.0 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.273 acres, but
subject to a 20 foot wide road right-of-way, from the west side of the
above described tract.

ginning run thence east and parallel to the north iine of said Half-
Half Section 224.feet to a square iron; thence south and parallel to
said west line 97.23 feet to an'iron; thence west and parallel to the
said north line 224.feet to the west line of said Half-Half Section;'
thence north along said west line 97.23 feet to the place of beginning;
