AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
PATRICIA ERMALEE FULCHER, being duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and states as follows:
1. That she is the surviving joint tenant of BETTY JEAN
WALLACE, who died on July 14, 1992, and became thereby the
sole owner of certain real estate located in Gibson County,
State of Indiana, being more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
Lot Six (6) in Embree's Addition to his Enlargement to
the town (now City) of Princeton, except the following
described part thereof; Begin in the northeast corner of
said lot and run thence west 50 feet along the north line
of said lot; thence south parallel to the east line of
said lot to the south line of said lot; thence east along
the south line of said lot 50 feet to the southeast
corner of said lot; thence north along the east line of
said lot to the place of beginning.
2. That the Affiant and BETTY JEAN WALLACE acquired
title in and to the above described real estate by Warranty
Deed dated, April 2, 1992, and recorded April 2, 1992, in Deed
Drawer 8, Card No. 362.
