Comes now James G. McDonald, Jr., Local Personal
Representative o£ the Estate of Virginia F. Folck, Deceased,
and files herein his final report, wherein he shows to the
Court that said decedent died a resident of Gibson County, Indiana,
seized of certain real and personal property in Gibson County,
Zndiana; that this Local Personal Representative was aopointed
for the sole purpose of having a determination of inheritance tax
upon said estate in the State of Indiana; that oetition to determine
the value of property and inheritance and transfer tax was filed
with the Indiana Department of State Revenue, and said Department
issued an order determining the tax and the order was received on
June 24, 1981,
That no income of any sort has come into the hands of
this Local Personal Representative and there is no gross income tax
due the State of Indiana by reason thereof, and that the costs of
this proceedings have been paid as shown by the receipt of the
Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court-atkached-to said report. That
no funds of,any nature have come into his�hands and that he has no
funds for distribution, and pr.aying t?�at he be discharged as such
Local Personal Representative.
And now the Court having examined said Petiton and Report
and being fully advised, finds that said final report should in
all things be approved, and it is further ordered by the Court that
James G. McDOnald, Jr., as ancillary local oersonal representative
of the estate of Virginia F. Folck, deceased, be and he is hereby
fully and completely di��harged and released from any further duties
herein.as such Local PersonalFtepresentative.
It is further ordered that a copy of this final accounting
will be recorded with'the Recorder of Gibson County to show the
transfer of all of the real estate and mineral interest located in
Gibson County will be transferred to the said Jean Alice Folck �9right,
the sole and only heir at law of said decedent.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED
by the Court as follows: ,
1. Said Report and Account�is hereby in all things aoproved,
settled and confirmed and the prayer of said Petition is granted;
2. The decedent died testate leaving a Last will.and
Testament which was probated in Florida, leaving all of her assets
to Jean Alice Folck wright, Adult daughter;
3. That by recording of said Final Report.all of the real
estate and mineral interest located in Gibson County, in the State
of Indiana will be shown transferred to the sole and only heir at law,
to-wit: Jean Alice Folck Wright.
4. That the said Local Personal Representative be and he
is hereby fully and finally discharged and released from any further
duties herein as such I:ocal Personal Representative.

The north half of In-Lot one hundred thirteen (113) in the
Original Plat of the Town (now City) of Princeton,being seventy-
four (79) feet and three (3) inches, more or less, fronting
on Main Street in said city, and being the same real estate as
is described in a certain deed recorded in Deed Record 107, Page
246, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana
Said above described real estate was sold at private sale oursuant
to an order of this Court for $43,000.00
The North half of Lot Number One (1) in Charles Brownlee's Enlargement
to the Town (now City) of Princeton, Indiana, _ .:i..
APPRAISED VALUE: $17,500.00
Part of the west half of the southeast quarter of Section six
(6), Township one (1) South, Range nine (9) west and described
as follows: Begin at the southwest corner of said half quarter
