BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section fourteen (14), Township
three (3) South, Range eleven (11) West, Union Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and
more particularly described as foliows:
Commencing at a 5/8" iron pin found marking the northeast corner of the southwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of said section (14); thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds West along the east line of said quarter quarter section thirteen hundred
twenty-seven and six hundredths (1327.06) feet to a 5/8" iron pin found marking the
southeast corner of said quarter quarter section; thence South 88 degrees 37 minutes 02
seconds West along the south line of said quarter quarter section two hundred and no
hundredths (200.00) feet to a mag nail set flush marking the initial point of beginning of
the following described real estate; thence continue along said south line South 88 degrees

SURVEYOR'S REPORT
In accordance with the Indiana Survey Standards as defined in Indiana administretive code 865, this document
is created in order to report opinions and observations regarding the amount of uncertainty in the location of
lines and corners found or established this survey because of the following: 1) availability and condition of
reference monuments, 2) occupation or possession lines, 3) clarity or ambiguity of the record description used
and/or adjoiner's descriptions, 4) the theoreticai uncertainty of the measurements.
• This survey was requested to assist in creating a new tax parcel.
• The Deed.Recorcl of the parent tract is described in Deed Drawer 5, Card 1081
REFERENCE MONUMENTS•
See a recorded survey by Fred J. Kuester found in Document 200100002248 in the Gibson County Recorders
Office for reference monuments.
LINES OF POSSESSION•
The west line and the north line of the surveyed tract are the approximate lines of possession.
The east line and the south line fall within the road rights-of-way.
RECORD DESCRIPTIONS-
The parent tract and the adjoining tract on the north and west sides have metes and bounds type descriptions.
There appear to be no discrepancies in record descriptions on this survey.
RECORD DESCRIPTIONS FIELD MEASURMEN AND EXISTING MONUMEN7S
There is a+/- 4.85 foot overlap along the north line of the surveyed tract. Said overiap is a result of the record
call of 988.33 feet and a field measurement of 983.48 feet. Said call of 988.33 feet is used in the parent tract
deed found in deed drawer 5, card 1081 and the adjoining deed found in deed drewer 7, card 3343. The
monuments found marking the northeast and the northwest corners of the parent t2ct are believed to have
existed in their present location since 1969. Said monuments are considered controlling monuments and were
used to control the north line of the surveyed tract this surveyed.
CORNER SUMMARY OF THE S� RVEYED TRACT
The northwest corner of the surveyed t2ct is a found monument and is called out in deed drawer S, card 1081
and deed drawer 7, card 3343.
The northeast corner of the surveyed tract is a set 5/8" iron pin with cap inscribed Fred Kuester IN RLS 50137
on the north line of the parent tract.
The southwest corner and the southeast corner of the surveyed tract are marked by mag nails set Flush on the
south line of the appropriate quarter quarter section.
