WILLIAM J. FICHTER, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says:
That he is an adult male and resides in Gibson County, State of
That he was familiar with Phyllis J. Lundgard, in that he was her
sibling and was a t2nant in ccnmon along with his brother Larry J. Fichter in
the following described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana,
to wit:
Lots number 27 and 28, in the Highland Home Addition to the City of
Princeton, Indiana.
That Phyllis J. Lundgard died intestate, a resident of Bay County.
Florida on October 3i, 1994. Phyllis J. lundgard left surviving as her sole and
only heirs-at-law her husband, Jack P. lundgard, and her adult children, Cathy
M. Hanson, David Lundgard and Jeannie Mayhew. The value of her estate, real
and personal, was insufficient in value to require the filing or payment or any
Federal or State death taxes.
That each of the statements made in this affidavit are true and
complet2, so far as affiant knows, believes, and has been able to ascertain, and
said above and foregoing statements are made for the purpose oi establishing the
heirship of Phyllis J. Lundgard and to induce the auditor of 6ibson County to
transT2r the ownersnip oT said above interest in real estate.
