Virgil E. Gale, being first duly sxorn, upon his oath deposes and
says that he is noM and has been for many years past a resident oi Evansville,
Indiana, but xas iormerly a resident of O�rensville, Gibson County, Indiana.
Affiant iurther says that his mother, Nancy Jane Gale, died intestate at
Oiaensville, Indiana on November 15, 19l�3, ouning at the time of her death
Lots 32, 33 and 31� in Smith�s Addition to s aid town of Ovensville. That
sairi decedent left surviving as her heirs and only heirs at lax her hus-
liand, George E. Ga1e, and their three children, namely, AIary E. Uncles,
Virgil E. Gale and Iola Gale.
That her said husband, George E. Gale, died on February $, 1953,
leaving as his heirs and only heirs at lav the said f�fary E. Uncles, Uirgil
E. Gale and Iola Gale.
Affiant fUrther says that he uas the administrator oi the estate of
the said George E. Gale, deceased, and said estate vas administered upon in
the Gibson Circuit Cotirt of Gibson County, Indiana in estate number 17L�2.
That as such administrator, pursuant to an order of said court, said administrator
sold said decedent�s vndivided one-third interest in said Lots 3�, 33 and 34 in Smith�s
Addition to the toxn oi Ouensville, G ibson County, Indiana at auction sale to
Iola Gale, subject �o the approval oi sai3 court. That said estate oi George E.
Gale xas £ully administered upon and finally settled.
A.ffiant further says that the real estate is still listed in the tax
5uplicates in said county in the name oi Nancy Jane Gale and this afiidavit is
made ior the purpose of having said title transferred to the present ovners o£
saici real estate.

That the said Hary E. Uncles died intestate in Vanderburgh CoUnty,
lndiana on Septenber 10, 1y56, leaving as her heirs and only heirs at la�r
her husband, John C. Uncles, and their two adult children, namely, Harris W.
Uncles and Wilhemenia Hovell. That the said heirs at lav oP said tlary E.
Uncles are intending to execute a quit-claim deed conveying all o£ their
� right, title and interest in and to said real estate to the said Virgil E.
Ga1e and his sister, Iola Gale, share and share alike. And affiant further
sa,yeth not.
