AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH AND HEIRSHIP
The undersigned, William E. Gaston, residing at
No. 624 North Main Street, Princeton, Indiana (47670) being
� first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty-one (51) years of age
and is one of the sons of Martin L. Gaston and Amelia Gaston
(husband and wife) but both now deceased,
That he knows of his own knowledge that Amelia Gaston
died intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on May 14,
1962; and that at the date of her demise she was the ocaner in
fee of the following described real estate situate in Gibson
County, State of Indiana, towit:
Lot Vo. 12 in Kirksville, Indiana
Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record 108, page 458, office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana.
That this affiant knows of his own knowledge that the
above designated decedent left as her sole and only heirs at law
the following: Martin L. Gaston (surviving husband); Ruth Daubenspeck
(adult daughter); Maurice L. Gaston (adult son); Mendel G. Gaston
(adult (son); Dale F. Gaston (adult son); Wilma G. Fellwock (adult
daughter); Nina E. Fellwock (adult daughter); Robert A. Gaston
(adult son); William E. Gaston (adult son) and Doris E. Horning
(adult daughter).
This affiant further says that all of the debts and
liabilities of the said Amelia Gaston have heretofore been paid
and there was no administration had on the estate of Amelia
Gaston, deceased
This affiant further says that the above designated
Martin L. Gaston died intestate, a resident'of Gibson County, Indiana
on January 20, 1973 and that his estate is currently beincj adminis-
tered in Probate Docket No. 73-20 of the Gibson Circuit Court at
Princeton, Indiana.

This affiant says, that the said Martin L, Gaston
as the surviving husband of Amelia Gaston (deceased) died the
oo�ner of an undivided one-third (1/3) part thereof in value of
the above described real estate; and, that the above named sons
and daughters of the said Amelia Gaston, (deceased) acquired
title to an undivided two-thirds (2/3) part in value, share
and share alike as heirs at law of the said Amelia Gaston.
That this affidavit is executed for the purpose of
establishing the death and heirship of the said Amelia Gaston,
deceased, and for the further purpose of obtaining a transfer on
the transfer books in the office of the Auditor of Gibson County,
Indiana from the name of Amelia Gaston to the name of Martin L.
Gaston, etal.
Further this affiant saith not.
