AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY

Harold Phillips, being first duly sworn, upon his oath, deooses
and says�:
That he is :nore than forty (40) years of age, a resident of
Princeton, Gibson County, State of Indiana,`and his occupation _
of Retired Military Personnel.
That he is familiar with the following described real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of 1ot number forty-seven (47) in the Original plan of the town,
now city, of Princeton, bounded as follows, towit: Beginnin� in the
south line of said 1ot at a point forty-two and one-half (42z) feet
east of the southwest corner of said lot and running thence north
along the middle of a brick wa11 to the north line of said 1ot;
thence east twenty-four and five tenths C24.5) feet; thence south to
the south line of said lot; and thence west twenty-four and five tenths
(24.5) feet to the point of.beginning; and ALSO,a free right of way
over and along a strip of Land nine and five tenths (9.5) feet wide
along and off of the north side of said lot forty-seven (47); and,
ALSO the right of caay over and along the alley seven and five tenths
(7.5) feet wide immediately east of and adjacent to the parcel of land
above described; subject, however, to a right of way over and along a
strip of land nine and five tenths (9.5)-feet wide off the north end .
of said lot forty-seven (47) reserved by Henry E. Ager and Bertha A.
Ager, his wife, and their grantees.

Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:

of the town of Patoka, Indiana, bounded as follows; beginning in the
south line of said lot at a point 105 feet and 6 inches east of the
south�•rest corner of said lot and run thence east_73 feet; thence north
para11e1 with the west line thereof to a point directly east of the "
northeast corner of said lot; thence west to a point 105 feet and 6
inches east of the northwest corner thereof; thence south para11e1
with the west line thereof to the place of heginning. Being the same
real estate descrihed in Deed Record No. 102 page 320, Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; .
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real
property was formerly owned by Elmer George and Minnie George, husband
and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
said Elmer George died testate, on or about the 12th day of October,
1963, and that said Elmer George and Minnie George were husband and
wife at the tive of the death of the said ELmer George.
Affiant further states that he knocas of his own knowledge that
the value of the estate of said Elmer George at the time of his
death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws, coas less

than Sixty Thousand-,(�:60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of
said decedent was�not-:subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
