STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF GIBSON AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY V.Louis Giesecke, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than Fifty (50) years of age, a resident of No. 1306 North G'ar.v,�rn Street, Evansville, Vanderburgh County, State of Indiana, and his occupation is - Retired. That he is familiar with the folLowing described real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: Part of the North Half of the Southwest fourth of Sectiontwenty-three (23), Township three (3) South, Range ten C10) west desciibed as foLLows, towit: The West haLf (2) of the North East ; of the South West fourth (;) of aforesaid section, Townshio, and Range containing Tt�enty Acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 146 page 300, Office of the Recorder of Gibson Connty, Indiana; ALSO, Lot number Four Hundred Thirty-two (432) in East Park Addition to the town of Haubstadt, Indiana, according to the plat thereof now recorded and'filed in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 91, page 455, and Deed Record No. 155 page 52., Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knows of his own kn wl.edge that said above described real property was formerly owned by V. Louis Giesecke and Herlinda M. Giesecke, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that said Herlinda M. Giesecke died, on or about July 3, 1966, and that said V. Louis Gies�ice and Herlinda M. Giesecke, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Herlinda M. Giesecke. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the vaLue of the estate of said Herlinda M. Giesecke, at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax 1aws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
