Aff - Gillespie, Rex_10/10/1972� • ,���� �� 0 �� 1�,912 �, ^ STATE OF INDIANA COUNR'Y OF GIBSON ) ) SS: ) ,/� ',�'�%`� �; ^ � � H`1�joa AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY Esther E, Gillespie being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposies and says: _ That she is more than forty years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housekeeper. - That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: Part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section fifteen (15), township four (4) south, range eleven (11) west, and described"'as follows: Begin at a stone in the north line of said quarter, quarter section, four hundred forty-seven (447) feet east of the northwest corner thereof, and run thence south one thousand two (1002) feet'to an iron; thence east six hundred forty-three and two tenths (643.2) feet to an iron pin in the center of an improved road; thence north twenty-four and one-fourth (24;) degrees west along the center of said road nine hundred eighty-eight (988) feet; thence north one hundred eleven (111) feet to the north line thereof; thence west two hundred thirty (230) feet to the place of beginning and containing nine and fifty-five hundredths (9.55) acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 124, page 480 and Deed Record 126, page 453, office of the Recorder of Gibson - County, Indiana; and that she knows of her knowledge that said abavedeacribed real property was formerly owned by Rex Gillespie and Esther E. Gillespie, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further stat������� she knows of her own knowledge that the said Rex Gillespie di e ember 29, 1972, and that said Rex Gillespie and Esther E. Gillespie were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Rex Gillespie.
