AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTI
Andrew J. Goedde, being first duly sworn, upon'his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is�years of age, a resident of Gibson County,
State of Indiana, and his occupation is a Farmer.
That he is famiLiar with the folLowing described real prooerty
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the west half of the west half of fractional section 4,
township�:4 south, range 10 west, described as follows: begin at the
southwest corner of said section 4, and run thence north along the
west side of said section 743 feet; thence east oara11e1 with the
south line of said section 622 feet to the center line of the Lutz
Lateral Dredge Ditch: thence in a southwesterly direction along the
center line of said Lutz Lateral Dredge Ditch to the intersection of
said center line with the south line of said section 4; thence west
along said south line 532 feet to the olace of beginning, containing
9.74 acres, more or Less.
ALSO, a oart of the east haif of the east half of fractional section 5,
township 4 south, range 10 west, descrihed as follows: begin at the
southeast corner of said fractional section S, and run thence north along
the east line of said fractional section 743 feet; thence west oara11e1
with the south line of said fractional section 1160 feet to the center
line of the old Dixie Bee Highway: thence in a southeasterly direction
along the center line of said highway to the intersection of said center
Line with the south Line of said section; thence east along the south
line of said section 632 feet to the olace of heginning, containing
15.26 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate descrihed in
Deed Record No. 127 page 272, office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana.
ALSO, a part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter (5.94)
.acres, more or 1ess, of Section eight (8) and a part of the west half
of the northwest quarter (12.36) acres, more or less, of Section nine
(9), a11 in Town 4 South, Range 10 West, both together descrihed as
follows: Begin at a point in the center of the Evansville and Princeton
Highway Co1d state road) where said Highway intersects another highwav
running east and west on the north line of the ahove sections 8 and 9,
and run thence south along the center of said Evansville and Princeton
Highway to a point where said highway intersects with the lateral ditch
of the Hurrican Drainage System; thence along the center of said lateral
ditch in a northeasterly direction to a point where said lateral inter-
sects with the highway running east and west along the north line of
said Sections 8 and 9; thence caest to the place of heginning, containing
eighteen and thirty hundredths (13.30) acres, more or 1ess.
ALSO, That part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 8,, Town 4 South, Range l0 West, lying west of the EvansviLle &
Princeton Highway, known as the old State Road, and the north half of
the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 8;
ALSO, that part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter and
the West half of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter, both
in section 9, town 4 south, range 10 coest lying west of the Evansville
and Princeton Highway, known as the o1d State Road; containing in ali
82.48 acres, more or less.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 121, page 41,

the following described oart thereof, to-wit:
A part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 9,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, bounded and described as follocos,
to-wit: Begin at an iron oipe in the south line of said quarter-quarter
section 1141.5 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; and run thence
north, 52.81 feet to an iron oipe; thence north 50° East, 145.0 feet to
an iron nipe in the center of the 01d Evansville and Princeton Highway
known as the 01d State Road; thence South 40° East, along the center line
of said Highway 189 feet to an iron pipe at or near the southeast corner
of said Quarter-Quarter Section; thence West along the South line thereof,
232.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing .45 of an acre, more or
1ess.

and that he�knocos of his oc,m knowledge that said ahove described real
oroperty was formerly owned hy Andrew J. Goedde and Marie A. Goedde,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledged that said
Marie A. Goedde died intestate on or about the 16th day of May, 1950, and
that said Andre�a J. Goedde and Marie A. Goedde, were husband and wife at
the tine of the death of the said Marie A. Goedde.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knocoledge that the
value of the estate of said Marie A. Goedde, at the time of her death,
within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax 1aws, cvas less than Sixty
Thousand
($60,000.00)/Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not suhject
to any Federal Estate Taac.
Affiant further sayeth not.
