Goedde, being first duly sworn, upon'his oath, deposes and says: That he is�years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occupation is a Farmer. That he is famiLiar with the folLowing described real prooerty located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit: A part of the west half of the west half of fractional section 4, township�:4 south, range 10 west, described as follows: begin at the southwest corner of said section 4, and run thence north along the west side of said section 743 feet; thence east oara11e1 with the south line of said section 622 feet to the center line of the Lutz Lateral Dredge Ditch: thence in a southwesterly direction along the center line of said Lutz Lateral Dredge Ditch to the intersection of said center line with the south line of said section 4; thence west along said south line 532 feet to the olace of beginning, containing 9.74 acres, more or Less. ALSO, a oart of the east haif of the east half of fractional section 5, township 4 south, range 10 west, descrihed as follows: begin at the southeast corner of said fractional section S, and run thence north along the east line of said fractional section 743 feet; thence west oara11e1 with the south line of said fractional section 1160 feet to the center line of the old Dixie Bee Highway: thence in a southeasterly direction along the center line of said highway to the intersection of said center Line with the south Line of said section; thence east along the south line of said section 632 feet to the olace of heginning, containing 15.26 acres, more or less. Goedde and Marie A. Goedde, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledged that said Marie A. Goedde died intestate on or about the 16th day of May, 1950, and that said Andre�a J. Goedde and Marie A. Goedde, were husband and wife at the tine of the death of the said Marie A. Goedde. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knocoledge that the value of the estate of said Marie A. Goedde, at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax 1aws, cvas less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00)/Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not suhject to any Federal Estate Taac.
