Olive Mae Thomas being first duly sworn upon her oath,
__ ___ __ deposes and says:
That she is more than sixty-two (62) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that
of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot number ten (10) in Stormont's Addition
to City of Princeton, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 79, Page 163, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Walter C. Grace and Genevieve
Grace, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety,
Affiant further states that she knows.of tier own knowledge
that the said Genevieve Grace died on or about November 16, 1968,
and that said Walter C. Grace and Genevieve Grace were husband and
wife, at the time of the death of the said Genevieve Grace.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Genevieve Grace at the
time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
