AFFIDAVZT OF OWNERSAIP, DEATH AND HEIRSHIP
The undersigned, Hulda J. Graper, residing at R.#2,
Princeton, Indiana (47670) being first duly sworn on oath deposes
and says:
1. That she is more than forty (40) years of age and
is the surviving widow of William H. Graper, deceased, who died
intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on September 24,
that the inheritance tax liability on the estate of William H.
Graper, deceased, was determined by the Gibson Circuit Court in
Estate Docket No. PR 7� -'�.
2. That the said William H. Graper left surviving as
his sole and only heirs at law, his widow, Hulda J. Graper (this
affiant and his three (3) adult children, to-wit:.

3. That the said William H. Graper was as of the date
of his demise owner of the following described real estate located
in Union Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the East Half (E'�) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of
Section Three (3), Township Three (3) South, Range Ten (10) West,
bounded as follows,.to-wit: .Begin at a point in the East line of said :!
Half-4uarter section 1056 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof,
and run thence South, along said East line, 708.25 feet to a point
941.75 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence west 20
rods; thence South 20 rods; thence West 534.6 feet to the East line
of the town of Port Gibson; thence North 421.15 feet to the North-
east corner thereof; thence North (80 degrees West) 219.12 feet;
thence North (32 degrees West) 264 feet; thence South (54 3/4 degrees
west) 165 feet to a stone; thence North 454.74 feet to a'point 1380.06
feet West of the point of beginning; thence East to the p�lace of
beginning, containing 28.51 acres more or less.
ALSO, Lots 10 to 17 inclusive, of the town of Port Gibson.
4. That all of the debts and liabilities of the estate
of the said William H. Graper were paid by the surviving widow;
that decedent's estate was not subject to a Federal Estate Tax;
and, the determination of Indiana Inheritance Tax was under the
jurisdiction of the Gibson Circuit Court of Princeton, Indiana in
Estate Docket No. PR 74 -�, Office of the Clerk of said Court.
5. That under the laws of descent of the State of Indiana,
the afore designated Hulda J. Graper as surviving widow acquired an
undivided one-third (1/3) part thereof in value; that the said
Frances Pugh (adult daughter) acquired an undvided two-nineths (2/9)
part thereof in value; the said Benjamin C. Graper (adult son) acquired
an undivided two-nineths (2/9) part thereof in value; and the said
John G. Graper (adult son) acquired an undivided two-nineths (2/9)
part thereof in value.

6. That no formal administration is;being..had on the
estate of William H. Graper, deceased;.and, _this affidavit is made
for the sole purpose of obtaining a transfer��of the aliove described
real estate from the individual name of wi'lliam H. Graper to the
name of Hulda J. Graper, etal., on the transfer records in the
office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana.
Further ttiis affiant'-sayeth not.
