Hulda Graper, being first duly sworn upon Her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than sixty-nine (69) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, incliana and her occupation is that of
a housewife.
That she is�familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the south half of the southeast quarter of
section twenty-seven (27), township two (2) south, range ten (10)
west, and described as follows: Beginning in the south line of
said half quarter section at a point seventy-five (75) rods four
(4) feet and nine (9) inches west of the southeast corner of said
half quarter section and running thence north eighty (80) rods to
the north line thereof; thence west thirty-four (34) rods thirteen
(13) feet and two (2) inches; thence south eighty (80) rods to the
south line of said half quarter section; thence east thirty-four
(34) rods thirteen (13) feet and two inches to the point of begin-
ning, containing senenteen and four one-hundredths (17,04) acres,
more or less,
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 101, page 582,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
A part of the south half of the southeast quarter of
section twenty-seven (27), tawnship two (2) south, range ten (10)
west, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point twenty-five (25)
rods, four (4) feet, nine (9) inches north of the southeast corner
of the south half of said southeast quarter, and running thence
north along the east line thereof fifty-four (54) rods, eleven (11)
feet, nine (9) inches to the north line thereof; thence west along.
said north line twenty-five (25) rods, four (4) feet, nine (9)
inches; thence south fifty-four (54) rods, eleven (11) feet, nine
(9) inches; and thence east to the place of beginning, containing
eight and sixty-four hundredths (8.64) acres, more or less;
ALSO, a part of the south half of the southeast quarter of section
twenty-seven (27), township two (2) south, range ten (10) west,
bounded as follows: Beginning at a point twenty-five (25) rods,
four (4) feet and nine (9) inches west of the southeast corner of
said south half, and running thence north eighty (80) rods to the
north line of said south half; thence west along said north line
fifty (50) rods; thence south eighty (80) rods to the south line
of said south half; thence east to the place of beginning, con-
taining twenty-five (25) acres, more�or less;
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 110, page 261,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
A part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of Sectson 27, Town 2 south, Range 10 west, described as follows:
Begin at the southeast corner of said quarter-quarter section and
run thence north 417.38 feet; thence west 417.38 feet; thence south
417.38 feet; thence east 417.38 feet to the place of beginning, the
same being 4 acres in the form of a square in the southeast corner
of said quarter-quarter section;.except the fol'lowing described
part thereof heretofore conveyed to Jesse E. Pugh and Frances J.
Pugh, husband and wife; as of February 27, 1947 and described as

A part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section
Twenty-seven (27), Township two (2) south, Range ten (10) west, des-
cribed as follows: Begin at the southeast corner of said quarter
quarter section and run thence north two hundred and eighty (280)
feet; thence west four hundred and seventeen and 38/100ths (417.38) feet;
thence south two hundred and eighty (280) feet; thence east four hundred
seventeen and 38/100ths (417,38) feet to the place of beginning, con-
taining in all of above described reaT-estate 2 and 2/3rds acres, more
or less;
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 104, page 437,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, indiana and the exception
thereof being described at Deed Record 125, page 368 in said office,
Affiant knows of her own knowledge that said above des-
cribed real property was formerly owned by William H. Graper and
Hulda Graper, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said William H. Graper died intestate on or about the 24th
day of September, 1973, and that said William H.Graper and Hulda
Graper were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
William H. Graper.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said William H. Graper at the time
of the death of the decedent, within the meaning of the Federal Estate
Tax laws was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000,00) and that
the estate of said decedent will probably not be-subject to any Federal
Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
