Q a 0 o~ ' � AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY ` J y ti ti �o � . � � � w � � A1ice G-ray, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: � That she is more than sixty (60) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife. That she is familiar wi`th the following described real estate located in Gibson County, indiana, towit: A part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section thirteen (13), township three (3) south, range eleven (11) west, bounded as follows: Begin twenty (20) feet west and two hundred sixty one and one-fourth (2614) feet north of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section thir- teen (13), township three (3) south, range eleven (11) west, in the west line of West Street in the town of Fort Branch, and run thence north seventy-five and three fourths (75 3/4) feet to the south line of i9alnut Street, thence west one hundred forty-eight and one-half (148�) feet, thence south seventy-five and three fourths (75 3/4) feet, thence east one hundred forty-eight and one-half (148�) feet to the place of beginning, containing twenty-six hundredths (.26) acre, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 126, page 299, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Adrain Gray and Alice Gray, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Adrain Gray died testate, on or about October 16, 1973, and that said Adrain Gray and Alice Gray were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Adrain Gray. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Adrain Gray at the.time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate�of said decedent will probably not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
