AE'FIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Claudia A. Gray, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says:
That she is more than forty (40)years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, State of_Indiana, and her occupation is a
Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
Part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section
sixteen (16), township two (2) south, range eleven (11) west and
described as follows: Begin at an iron at the northeast corner of
said quarter, quarter section, and run thence south 582 feet to an
iron; thence west parallel to the north line thereof, 748.5 feet to
an iron; thence north 582 feet to an iron; thence east 748.5 feet
to the place of beginning and containing ten (10) acres, more or
less, subject to all legal highways.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 117 page
213, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Carroll C. Gray and Claudia A.
Gray, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Carroll C. Gray died on or about March 5, 1968, and that
said Carroll C. Gray and Claudia A. Gray, were husband and wife,
at the time of the death of the said Carroll C. Gray.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Carroll C. Gray, at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
