his �vife, for more than 10 years; that Allan Bro�ver Greene died on the 29th
day of September, 1972, and that said decedent was on the date of his death the
o�vner as tenants by the entireties with hss �vife, Wilhelmene Bi.�ler Greene, o;
the following described real estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
An undivided one-third of the souih half of the southeast
quarter of Section 36, To�vnship 3 south, Range 12 �vest,
the total acreage of �vhich tract is 80 acres, more or
less; •
said tract being the same real estate described in Deed Record Z, page 499,
in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
That said interest in said parcel of real esta.te passed to Wilhelmene
Bixler Greene as surviving tenant by the entireties upon the death of said
Allan Brower Greene, by virtue of the laws of the State of Indiana and that
said �tTilhelmene Bixler Greene is now the owner of said entire one-third
(i/3) interest in said above described parcel of real estate.
