Charles E. Gregory, being first duly sworn, uoon his
oath, deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Princeton, Gibson County,�State of Indiana, and his occupation is
a retired Southern Railroad Employee.
That he is familiar with the following described real prooerty
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A parcel of ground bounded as follows: Beginning at a point 150 feet
south of the northwest corner of Lot Number 4 in Laura E. Woods Addition
to the City of Princeton, and running thence south 50.feet; thence east
142 feet and 6 inches; thence north 50 feet; thence west 142 feet and 6
inches to the place of beginning. Being the same real estate des-
cribed in Deed Record No. 110 page 358, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowLedge that said above described real
property was formerly owned by Charles E. Gregory and Maggie M. Gregory,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that said Maggie M. Gregory died on or about the Sth day of March, 1965,
and that said Charles E. Gregory and Maggie M. Gregory were husband
and wife at the time of the death of the sid Maggie M. Gregory.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowLedge
that the value of the estate of the said Maggie M. Gregory, at the
time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
